oil

Jacob pours oil on standing-stones at Bethel; for the Dwelling, oil is given for the light. Israel must bring pure pounded olive oil so a lamp can burn all the time. Aaron is anointed by oil poured on his head; cakes and wafers are mixed or spread with oil, and a quarter-hin of pounded olive oil accompanies each daily lamb. One hin of olive oil is blended with spices into the holy anointing oil. Bezalel and Oholiab are to make the anointing oil for the sanctuary.

In the seventh year the olive grove lies fallow with the vineyard, so the poor can take food from it and wild animals eat what they leave.

The olive leaf brought by the dove signaled that waters were subsiding.

onycha

Onycha is one of the sweet spices, with storax, galbanum and pure frankincense in equal parts, compounded into the holy incense placed before the Testimony.

ornaments

Precious ornaments are brought out by Abraham's servant as gifts when Rebekah is accepted for Isaac. After Yahweh's stern words, Israel strips off ornaments from Mount Horeb onwards.

ox

A goring ox that kills a person is stoned; if you come on your enemy's ox straying you must take it back, and on the seventh day the ox rests.
