vestments
Sacred garments made for Aaron and his sons, to give dignity and magnificence, for their consecration to the priesthood: pectoral, ephod, robe, embroidered tunic, turban and belt. At investiture Aaron is dressed in them and they are sprinkled with blood from the altar and anointing oil. Bezalel and Oholiab are commissioned to make the liturgical vestments for Aaron and his sons.
